Former Lipscomb Bisons basketball coach Don Meyer, the all-time wins leader for NCAA/NAIA men’s college coaches, has been selected to receive the 2010 John W. Bunn Lifetime Achievement Award by the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.

Meyer led the Bisons to the 1986 NAIA National Championship among his many accomplishments as a coach. He set a college record 41 wins in the 1989-90 season. Meyer coached the Bisons from 1975-1999. He retired after the 2009-2010 season from Northern State.
