Freshman Blanton Farmer had five birdies and finished one-over to lead the Bisons in the Mason Rudolph Championships hosted by Vanderbilt University at Legends Club in Franklin.
Farmer shot a two-under 69 in Sunday’s round to offset a three-over 74 on Friday.
The tournament was shortened from 52 holes to 36 holes after rain forced the cancellation of Saturday’s round.
Lipscomb finished 17th shooting a 38-over 606.
Junior Brandon Mundie finished with an 8-over 150 (76-74). Senior Samuel Marcrom had a 12-over 154 (79-75) and junior Andre Brock had a 17-over 159 (78-81). Junior Blake Brooks finished with a 37-over 179 (89-90).
Middle Tennessee and South Caroline tied for the win with a 12-under 556. Jonathan Randolph of Ole Miss won with an 11-under 131.
Lipscomb’s next action is in the Murray State University Intercollegiate on Oct. 4.
