Lipscomb's Bisons lost their first Atlantic Sun game of the season Monday night, dropping a 72-55 decision at Gardner-Webb.

Shaun Durant recorded a double-double with 17 points and 10 rebounds for the Bisons. Brian Fisk added 11 points.

The Bisons shot only 36.7 percent from the field. The Bisons trailed 40-31 at the half.

Gardner-Webb is 6-4, 3-0 in the conference. The Bisons are 6-3, 1-1 in the conference.
