The Lady Bisons lost game one 4-2, and won game two 1-0 to the Golden Knights of UCF on Tuesday afternoon in Orlando, Fl. Starting pitcher Sara Meek earned the win in game two and is now 4-4 this season.

In gameone the Lady Bisons scored two runs off of five hits and committed zero errors. The Golden Knights scored four runs off of nine hits and committed zero errors. The Lady Bisons left eight runners on base. The Golden Knights left nine runners on base.
Danielle Catalano was the starting pitcher in game one and threw for 5 innings and gave up four seven hits and four earned runs and struck out four batters. Catalano was credited with the loss and is now 5-4 on the season.
Allison Tyree relieved Catalano and closed out the game as she threw 1 inning and gave up two hits and zero runs and struck out one.
Leigh Little led the way offensively for the Lady Bisons as she went 2-for-3 at the plate and scored one of the Lady Bisons two runs. Little is now batting .397 on the season.
In gametwo the Lady Bisons came out on top in a pitchers duel. Starting right-handed pitcher Meek pitched her fifth complete game of the season as she gave up just two hits and zero runs and fanned five batters. Meek improved her earned run average to 3.30 and is now 4-4 this season.
Shay Sullivan was the hero in game two as she drove in McWherter from third base on a base hit to right center field. Sullivan went 1-for-3 in game two and is now batting .229.
The other four Lady Bisons hits came from Wison, McWherter, Jennifer Cannon, and Niki Bails.
The Lady Bisons scored one run off of five hits and committed zero errors. The Golden Knights scored zero runs off of two hits and committed one error.
The Lady Bisons will play Florida Atlantic on Friday in Boca Raton, Fl., at 6:00 p.m. EST.
