The Sports Reach USA basketball team needed a plane and a bus to get its destination, but still managed to sweep the Xia Jing Tigers, a member of the China Basketball Association's top division.

Lipscomb forward Eddie Ard scored 10 points and grabbed three rebounds in a 91-62 win over Xia Jing.

Ard scored two points and was credited with two rebounds in a 74-60 win over Xia Jing.

The Sports reach team played the games after flying for 1 ½ hours and then riding a bus for another five hours, including a 45-minute delay due to a breakdown.

Both games were played Friday in China.
