Ann Mullins has been named to the Atlantic Sun Preseason All-Conference Team.
Players are selected by the conference coaches.
Mullins, a senior libero, led the conference in digs last season with an average of 5.49 per game against Atlantic Sun opponents.
The Lady Bisons were picked to finish sixth in the conference. They were one of five teams to receive at least one first place vote in the 12-team league.
Mullins, a Nashville native, was a member of both the All A-Sun First Team and the All-Tournament team in 2006. She averaged 6.21 digs per game overall, 12th in NCAA Division I nationally.
She also set the A-Sun record for digs in a season with 689 in 2006, beating her own record of 637 set in 2005.
Belmont, with six first place votes out of 12, was picked to win both the regular season championship and the conference tournament. Newcomer Florida Gulf Coast received three first place votes. ETSU and Jacksonville each received one.
