Tuesday, December 11, 2012

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Women’s soccer head coach Kevin O’Brien has announced the date of the 2013 Winter ID Camp, Jan. 26-27th, on the campus of Lipscomb University.

“This ID camp is very important for our 2014 recruiting,” O’Brien said. “We are turning our attention on the 2014s and do not plan on making scholarship offers until after this ID camp.”

The camp will be led by the Lipscomb University coaching staff and will give players the opportunity to be seen and evaluated by the staff, as well as train like the Lipscomb players.

Morning and afternoon sessions will focus on technical and functional training through ball work and small-sided games. The evening session will be competitive 11 vs. 11 matches.

Cost for the two-day camp is $200. The camp is limited to 36 field players and six goalkeepers.
