PrepVolleyball.com has ranked Lipscomb's 2007 recruiting class as one deserving high honorable mention.

Lady Bisons coach Brandon Rosenthal has signed four incoming freshmen - 5-foot-11 outside hitter Katie Bradley from St. Thomas Aquinas in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; Alex Kelly, a 6-0 middle blocker from Park Hill High in Kansas City, Mo.; Stefine Pease, a 5-foot-6 setter from Shawnee Heights High in Tecumseh, Kans.; and Brittany Simmons, a 5-4 defensive specialist from Klein High in Houston, Texas.

The rankings were made by a panel of college coaches from across the nation. The guidelines used include the size of the class, the overall strength of the class and the impact that class will have on the program.

The class members include only players who will be making their first appearance with a college team. Transfers and junior college players are not included in the evaluation. The Lady Bisons have also signed Sarah Snider, an outside hitter from the University of Alabama.

Some of the other schools earning high honorable mention include Clemson, Missouri, North Carolina, Notre Dame, SMU, Syracuse Virginia Tech Washington, William & Mary, and San Diego State.
