Hall of Fame
Mickey was selected team MVP and All-Tennessee Collegiate Athletic Conference in each of his four seasons as a Bison. He was named All-District 24 twice after advancing to the NAIA National Championship in back-to-back seasons. Barker won seven individual medalist honors, making him the second-most successful Bison golfer during the NAIA era. Two of his wins were in the NCAA era at the UT Martin Invitational and the Western Kentucky Invitational. He served as head golf pro at Temple Hills, Stonehenge Golf Club, and Links of Galloway. Mickey now serves as the Administrator of Golf for the city of Memphis.
