After making it to the NCAA tournament for just the 4
th time in program history, Lipscomb fell to local SEC foe in a 4-1 First-Round matchup.
Vanderbilt controlled much of the first-half possession, recording 5 corner kicks to Lipscomb's none. The Commodores were able to find the back of the net twice in just over 60 seconds at the 29' and 30' minute marks to put them up 2-0 before the half.
The Bisons were outshot by the Commodores in the first 45 minutes of action as well, recording just 1 to Vanderbilt's 7.
The Dores were the first to strike in the second half, scoring in the 53' minute. Vanderbilt then lengthened their lead to 4-0 in the 68' minute.
