• Earned two top five finishes this season - claiming fourth place in the 8k at both the Trevecca Michael Pretorius Invite (26:10.3) and the Arturo Barrios Invitational with a personal best of 23:51.9
• Finished 12th at the ASUN Cross Country Championships with a time of 23:55.6 in the 8k
• Recorded a personal best in the 10k at the NCAA Division I South Region Cross Country Championships with a time of 30:29.8 to finish 27th

2022 Track and Field:

• Named to ASUN Indoor Third Team All-Conference (800m)
• Named to ASUN Outdoor Third Team All-Conference (800m)
• Competed in four indoor meets and six outdoor meets for the Bisons
• For indoor - competed in the 4x400m relay, the 4x800m relay, the mile, and the 3000m
• Never finished further back than 11th and earned five top-5 finishes
• Finished second in the 4x800m relay at the Gladstein Invitational with a time of 7:46.01
• Earned second place in the mile at the PNC Bank Bellarmine with a 4:07.26, the second fastest indoor men's mile time in program history and the fastest indoor men's mile time by a junior in program history
• Crossed the line second out of 36 runners in the 800m at the GVSU Big Meet with a time of 1:52.07
• Claimed third place in the 800m at the ASUN Indoor Championship with a time of 1:51.16 in the final, good four the fourth fastest indoor men's 800m run in program history
• For outdoor - competed in the 800m, the 1500m, the 4x400m relay, and the 5000m
• Began the outdoor season with a first place finish in the 800m (1:50.38) and an eighth place finish in the 4x400m relay (3:24.78) at the Georgia Tech Yellow Jacket Invitational
• Finished seventh out of 50 runners in the 800m at the Joe Walker Invitational with a time of 1:50.11
• Earned personal bests in the 800m (1:49.78) to finish second and the 1500m (3:45.53) to finish 6th at the Georgia Tech Invitational, logging the fourth-fastest outdoor time in both events in program history
• Claimed second place in the 800m at the Outdoor Music City Challenge with a time of 1:50.42
• Capped off the season with two top-10 finishes at the ASUN Outdoor Championship - ninth in the 5000m at 15:00.52 and third in the 800m at 1:50.93

2021 (Fall) Cross Country:

• Earned a spot on the ASUN First Team All-Conference
• Competed in five meets for the Bisons this season
• Opened up the season with a tenth place finish at the North Alabama Showcase (24:29.1)
• Posted a 24:05.4 at the Louisville Classic to claim 31st
• Earned a personal best in the 8K at the Arturo Barrios Invitational with a time of 23:59.1 to cross the line 14th
• Logged his best finish of the season when he earned seventh at the ASUN Cross Country Championship with a time of 24:25.9
• Crossed the line 32nd at the NCAA Division I South Region Cross Country Championships with a 10K personal-best time of 30:49.7

2021 Track and Field:

• All-ASUN (Indoor) Second Team - 3000m
• Competed in two indoor meets and six outdoor meets
• Indoor - ran the 800m, 3000m, and the mile
• Best finish was first in the mile at the Samford Bulldog Invite 2021 with a 4:10.58
• Outdoor - ran the 800m, 1500m, 5000m, 4x400m, and the mile
• Best finish was first in the 800m at the Georgia Tech Invitational with a 1:51.11 time

2021 (Spring) Cross Country:

• Named to All-ASUN First Team
• Competed in three races
• Made two top-10 finishes and three top-15 finishes
• Best finish was 3rd at the Belmont Opener with a 25:03.42
• Finished 11th at the Lipscomb Winter Classic at 24:58.7
• Placed 7th at the ASUN Championship at 25:46.0

2020 Track and Field:

• Competed in five meets
• Placed 8th in the mile (4:17.40) and 11th in the 800m (1:56.87) at the ASUN Indoor Championships
• Also competed in the 4x400m relay during the season

2019 Cross Country:

• Named to the ASUN All-Freshman Team after placing 18th at the conference championship in a time of 25:30.4
• Finished 81st at the NCAA South Regional in a time of 32:25.9 in the 10K
• Ran a season-best time of 24:48.9 at the Louisville Classic
• Finished seventh at the Belmont Opener with a 15:38.0 time in the 3.1M

High School: 

• Ran at Pickerington High School Central
• 2x state champion in 4x800m and 4x400m 
• 8th place in cross country state championship
• 1x All-State, 3x All-Region, 4x All-District
• 2x team captain
• Member of honor roll and NHS 

Personal:
