Prep: Competed for Eric Hickerson at Dickson County High School... All-region in 2010... Qualified for the state championships in 2010... Lettered four years in cross country and three years in track and field... Team captain as a sophomore, junior and senior... Was Valedictorian of his class.

Personal: Son of Stephen and Kim Long... Has two sisters (Kristen and Lauren)... Mother is an alumnus and older sister, Kristen, also attends Lipscomb... Plans to major in mathematics.
