2023 Track and Field:

• Competed in six indoor meets and sx outdoor meets this season for the Bisons
• Ran the 30m dash, 200m dash, the 300m, the 400m, and the 4x400m relay
• Earned 14 top-20 finishes over the indoor season including five top-10 finishes
• Opened the indoor season with a personal best time of 35.03 in the Commonwealth College Opener to finish 16th overall
• Logged his best finish of the indoor season at the PNC Bank Bellarmine Classic where he earned second place in the 200m dash with a time of 22.09
• Ran the 100m dash, 200m dash, 400m, and 4x400m relay for outdoors
• Earned 12 top-20 finishes including seven top-10 finishes
• Clocked personal bests in the 100m dash (10.93) at the Georgia Tech Invitational and the 200m dash (21.88) at the Raleigh Relays to finish 31st both races
• Finished fourth overall in the 400m at the ASUN Outdoor Championship with a time of 47.94 in the finals

2022 Track and Field:

• Competed in six indoor meets and six outdoor meets
• For indoor - ran the 60m dash, the 200m dash, the 400m, and the 4x400m relay
• Finished out of the top-10 in just three out of thirteen races
• Made his debut with the Bisons at the Hoosier Open with a second-place finish in the 4x400m relay (3:26.98) and a sixth-place finish in the 400m dash (50.46)
• Earned second in the 4x400m relay at the Gladstein Invitational at 3:17.10 as well as sixth in the 200m with a 22.57
• Earned a personal best 7.04 in the 60m dash to take fourth at the PNC Bank Bellarmine Classic, also earned second in the 200m dash with a 22.16 and second in the 4x400m with a 3:25.17
• Logged a personal best time of 48.93 in the 400m dash preliminaries at the ASUN Indoor Championship, he finished eighth in the finals with a 49.29 as well as finishing fourth in the 4x400m with a program record setting 3:15.24
• For outdoor - competed in the 100m dash, the 200m dash, the 400m, the 4x100m relay, and the 4x400m relay
• Began the outdoor season with a 3:12.57 in the 4x400m relay at the Georgia Tech Yellow Jacket Invitational to finish fourth and a 11.03 in the 100m dash to finish 17th
• At the Joe Walker Invitational, earned third in the 4x100m with a 40.75 and sixth in the 400m with a 49.50
• Logged a 48.21 in the 400m at the Georgia Tech Invitational for eighth place, the fourth-fastest time in men's outdoor program history
• Finished second in the 4x400m relay with a 3:14.65 at the Outdoor Music City Challenge
• At the ASUN Outdoor Championships, finished third in the 4x400m relay with a 3:15.47 and sixth in the 400m with a 49.03

2021 Track and Field:

• All-ASUN (Outdoor) Third Team - 400m
• All-ASUN (Outdoor) Second Team - 4x100m relay
• All-ASUN (Outdoor) Second Team - 4x400m relay
• ASUN All-Academic Team (Indoor)
• Competed in three indoor meets and five outdoor meets
• Indoor - ran the 200m, 400m, and 4x400m
• Finished second in the 4x400m twice - once at the Samford January Invite 2021 and once at the Samford Bulldog Invite 2021
• Outdoor - ran the 100m, 200m, 400m, 4x100m, and 4x400m
• Best outdoor finish was first in the 4x400 at the Georgia Yellow Jacket Invitational with a team time of 3:15.40

2020 Track and Field:

• Competed in two meets:
• Part of Lipscomb's 3rd-Team All-Conference 4x400m squad at the ASUN Indoor Championships
• Also placed 11th in the 400m (50.93 seconds) at the Championships
• Ran a time of 49.27 seconds in the 400m at the Vanderbilt Invite to place 15th 

2019 Track and Field:

• Part of the squads that earned Second-Team All-Conference in the 4x100m and Third-Team All-Conference in the 4x400m at the ASUN Outdoor Championships
• Also placed 7th in the 400m in 49.27 seconds
• At the ASUN Indoor Championships, placed 8th in the 400m (49.63 seconds) and 10th in the 200m (22.27 seconds)
• Also part of the 4x400m squad 
• On the season, also competed in the 60m 

High School:

• Played under Terrell Davis at Central-Tuscaloosa
• Indoor and Outdoor state champion in 4x400m
• Indoor and Outdoor 400m champion
• Indoor 4x200m champion
• Wendy's High School Heisman recipient
