Competed in four indoor meets and six outdoor meets during the season
Ran the 800m, 4x400m relay, and DMR for indoor
Opened the season by placing second in the DMR with a time of 10:02.89 and sixth in the 800m with a time of 1:52.98 at the Vanderbilt Invitational
Earned a personal best in the mile with a time of 4:07.41 to place sixth at the PNC Bank Bellarmine Classic
Placed eighth in the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:18.25 and tenth in the 800m with a time of 1:50.60 at the Music City Challenge
Placed fourth and earned a personal best in the 800m with a time of 1:50.41 at the ASUN Indoor Track & Field Championship
Ran the 400m, 800m, 1,500m, and 4x400m relay for outdoor

Named to 2023 College Sport Communicators Academic All-District XCTF Team
Competed in three indoor meets and five outdoor meets this season for the Bisons
Ran the 800m, mile, and 4x400m relay for indoor
Opened the season with a personal best 4:10.68 in the mile at the PNC Lenny Lyles Invitational to finish ninth overall
Never finished out of the top-15 during the indoor season
Ran the 800m, 1,500m, and 4x400m relay for outdoor
Earned seven top-10 finishes over the outdoor season including two top-5 finishes

Earned a personal best time of 24:37.2 at the ASUN Cross Country Championship to finish 30th overall
Claimed a 68th at the NCAA Division I South Region Championship with a time of 31:31.5 in the 10k
