Robbie Tenerowicz joined the Lipscomb Softball coaching staff in 2026 after a professional baseball career in the Tampa Bay Rays organization. Following his playing career, he transitioned into a specialized hitting coach and athlete developer, building a reputation for combining cutting-edge technology with individualized instruction.

Known through his "Coach Byrdman" brand, Tenerowicz utilizes advanced player development tools and data-driven training methods to help hitters maximize their performance. His innovative approach to swing development, mechanics and offensive strategy provides Lipscomb's student-athletes with a modern, competitive edge at the plate.
