Emma Webb joined the Lipscomb women's soccer coaching staff as an assistant coach in the summer of 2023.
Webb helped coach the Bisons to the 2023 ASUN Regular Season Championship after going 10-1-1 in ASUN Conference play. She helped coach ASUN Player of the Year Kelli Beiler, ASUN Defensive Player of the Year, Logan McFadden and ASUN Freshman of the Year, Bella Carapazza. All told, she helped lead the Bisons to a 14-5-1 overall record.
Prior to her arrival in Nashville, Webb spent four seasons as the head coach at Alliance University, improving the Warriors' program from a 10th place conference finish to a third-place conference finish within a year.
Webb was named the 2021 CACC Coach of the Year following a season in which her squad finished 4-3-1 including a trio of shutouts.
Before her tenure as head coach at Alliance, Webb served as the program's recruiting coordinator after spending three years coaching for Eastern Nazarene College, logging time on the coaching staffs of both the men's and women's soccer teams.
Webb competed collegiately for Houghton University where she spent four seasons with the Highlanders.
Over her time in New York, Webb helped the Highlanders to a 53-28-4 record, four post-season pushes, and a NCCAA National Championship in 2015.
