2023 Track and Field:

• Named to College Sport Communicators Academic All-District Team
• Named to ASUN Outdoor All-Academic Team
• Named to ASUN Indoor All-Academic Team
• Competed in six indoor meets and five outdoor meets this season for the Bisons
• For indoor - competed in the pentathlon, 60m hurdles, shot put, long jump, 4x400m relay, 300m, and high jump
• Earned seven top-20 finishes over the season highlighted by a pair of eighth place finishes at the ASUN Indoor Championships in the shot-put (12.27m/40' 3.25") and the pentathlon (3,301)
• Logged personal bests in the 300m (46.00) at the Commodore Challenge and in the 60m hurdles (9.61) at the PNC Bank Bellarmine Classic
• For outdoor - competed in the heptathlon, 200m dash, 100m hurdles, shot put, javelin throw, and long jump
• Collected seven top-20 finishes over the season highlighted by a fifth-place finish in the heptathlon at the ASUN Outdoor Championship with a personal best 4,840 points
• Recorded four personal bests to earn her personal best heptathlon score - a 15.64 in the 100m hurdles, a 26.88 200m dash, a 5.17m (16' 11.5") in the long jump, and a 42.88m (140' 8") in the javelin throw

2022 Track and Field:

• Competed in seven indoor meets and five outdoor meets for Lipscomb
• For indoor - competed in the pentathlon, 200m dash, 60m hurdles, shot put, long jump, high jump, and the 4x400m relay
• Put up a personal best 28.15 in the 200m dash at the Hoosier Open to take eighth place and put up a 9.99 in the 60m hurdles to finish 11th
• Earned a personal best in the 60m hurdles with her time of 9.68 to finish 15th
• Put up her season best pentathlon score (3277) at the Tom Hathaway Classic to finish sixth
• Logged her season best shot put throw at the Samford Bulldog Invitational at 12.79m (41' 11.5") to finish sixth
• At the ASUN Indoor Championship, she finished sixth in the standalone shot put with a 12.71m (41' 8.5") throw and ninth in the pentathlon at 3269 with a first place in the pentathlon shot put at 12.29m (40' 4")
• For outdoor - competed in the helptathlon, shot put, javelin throw, long jump, 200m dash, and 100m hurdles
• Opened the season ninth in the heptathlon (3762) at the Bob Davidson Memorial with a first in the javelin throw (39.70m (130' 3")) and second in the shot put (11.76m (38' 7"))
• At the ASUN Outdoor Championship, finished eighth in the shot put at 12.83m (42' 1.25"), ninth in the javelin throw with a personal best 39.78m (130' 6"), and fifth in the heptathlon at 4712 with a first in the shot put (13.20m (43' 3.75")) and third in the javelin throw (35.26m (115' 8"))

2021 Track and Field:

• Competed in three indoor meets and five outdoor meets in her first season as a Bison
• Indoor - competed in the pentathlon, shot put, long jump, the 60m hurdles, and 200m run
• Finished 4th in the pentathlon at the ASUN Indoor Track and Field Championships
• Outdoor - competed in the heptathlon, long jump, shot put, 100m hurdles, 200m run, and 4x100m relay
• Finished 5th in the heptathlon at the ASUN Outdoor Track and Field Championships 

Freshman (2020, Texas A&M-Commerce):

• Competed in six meets
• Competed in the Pentathlon, shot put, 60m, 60m hurdles, 4x400m, long jump, and distance medley relay

High School: 

• 8th place at German Combined Event Championships U23, 2019 (heptathlon 4645p)
• 13th place at German Combined Event Championships U20, 2018 (heptathlon4586p)
• 6th place at international junior combined event meeting, 2019 (heptathlon 4710p)
• 7th place at South German Championships in Shot Put (12,57m) , 2019
