  • Received her second consecutive ASUN Women's Cross Country Runner of the Year title
  • First Team All-ASUN
  • Preseason ASUN Women's Cross Country Runner of the Year
  • Received an invitation to race in the 6k at the Nuttycombe Invitational and finished in 21:49.9
  • Recorded a personal best in the 5k and finished in first place at the 2024 ASUN Cross Country Championships with a time of 16:27.6
  • Finished forty-fourth in the 6k at the NCAA Division I South Region Cross Country Championships with a time of 20:54.2
  • Qualified for the NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships and finished the 6k in 20:39.3

  • Competed in five meets for the Bisons
  • Ran the 5k and 6k, earning personal bests in each - 16:56.6 in the 5k in her first-place win at the Atlantic Sun Conference Championship, and 18:54.4 in the 6k in her ninth-place showing at the NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships
  • Her placing in her 6k personal-best race earned her a spot to run at the NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships


2023 Track & Field:

  • Named to ASUN Outdoor Second Team All-Conference (800m)
  • Named to ASUN Outdoor Second Team All-Conference (1,500m)
  • Named to ASUN Indoor Second Team All-Conference (800m)
  • Competed in three indoor meets and six outdoor meets for Lipscomb
  • Ran the 800m, mile, and 4x400m relay for indoor
  • Opened the indoor season with a personal best time of 4:48.62 in the mile at the PNC Lenny Lyles Invitational to finish second overall
  • Finished first in the 800m preliminaries at the ASUN Indoor Championships with a 2:10.56, finished second overall and earned the conference runner-up title with a time of 2:07.32 in the finals
  • Ran the 800m, 1,500m, and 4x400m relay for outdoor
  • Collected nine top-15 finishes over the season including two second-place finishes at the ASUN Outdoor Championships in both the 800m (2:06.40) and the 1,500m (4:18.56 | PB)
  • Logged a personal best in the 800m at the Music City Challenge with a 2:04.51 to finish fourth overall
  • Earned her second consecutive trip to the NCAA East Preliminary Rounds for the 800m, after advancing to the finals, she finished 16th overall with a time of 2:06.89


2022 Cross Country:

  • Named to 2022 ASUN Third Team All-Conference
  • Competed in five meets this season for the Bisons
  • Finished 3rd overall at the Trevecca Michael Pretorius Invite with a time of 17:54.9 in the 5k
  • Recorded a personal best in the 6k at the Gans Creek Classic, hosted by the University of Missouri, when she clocked in at 21:11.6 to finish 29th overall
  • Logged a personal best in the 5k at the ASUN Cross Country Championships with a 17:20.1 to finish 15th overall
  • Crossed the line 80th overall with a time of 21:37.3 in the 6k at the NCAA Division I South Region Cross Country Championships


2022 Track and Field:

  • Named to ASUN Indoor First Team All-Conference (800m)
  • Named to ASUN Outdoor Third Team All-Conference (800m)
  • Named ASUN Track Athlete of the Week on 5/4 following her performaces at the Outdoor Music City Challenge
  • Competed in six indoor meets and seven outdoor meets
  • For indoor - competed in the 400m, the 800m, the mile, the 4x400m relay, the 4x800m relay, and the mile and never finished further back than seventh place
  • Earned second in the 4x800m relay with a 9:16.92 and fourth in the 800m with a 2:14.06 at the Gladstein Invitational
  • Claimed first place in the mile with a personal best time of 4:55.01 at the PNC Bank Bellarmine Classic as well as earning third in the 4x400m relay with a 4:02.41
  • At the ASUN Indoor Championship, became the ASUN women's 800m champion with a personal best and program record setting time of 2:08.31, also helped relay team to fourth in the 4x400m with a program record setting 3:50.01
  • For outdoor - competed in the 400m, the 800m, the 1500m, and the 4x400m relay
  • Opened the outdoor season with a third-place finish in the 1500m (4:31.29), a ninth-place finish in the 4x400m (3:54.17), and a personal best 57.26 in the 400m to finish 13th at the Georgia Tech Yellow Jacket Invitational
  • Helped set a program record in the 4x400m at the Joe Walker Invitational where the team put up a 4:06.
  • Put up a personal best in the 1500m at the Georgia Tech Invitational with a 4:30.87 to finish 12th and earned fourth in the 800m with a 2:08.16
  • Logged a personal best and program record in the 800m at the Outdoor Music City Challenge with a 2:05.66 to claim first place and took fifth in the 4x400m with a program record setting 3:50.30
  • At the ASUN Outdoor Championship, finished third in the 800m with a 2:09.30 and sixth in the 4x400m with a 3:50.35
  • Earned a trip to the NCAA East Preliminaries for the 800m, finished 28th in the preliminaries with a 2:06.25, her second-fasteset time in her career

2021 (Fall) Cross Country:

  • Competed in three meets for the Bisons
  • Opened the season at the Louisville Classic with a time of 18:25.0 in the 5K
  • Logged her personal best time in the 6K when she clocked a 22:06.0 at the Arturo Barrios Invitational to finish 76th
  • Put up her personal best time in the 5K at the ASUN Cross COuntry Championship where her time of 18:13.4 earned her 26th

2021 Track and Field:

  • All-ASUN (Indoor) Third Team - 800m
  • All-ASUN (Outdoor) Second Team - 800m
  • All-ASUN (Outdoor) Third Team - 4x400m relay
  • Competed in two indoor meets and six outdoor meets
  • Indoor - ran the 800m and 4x400m, finished 2nd in the 800m at the Samford Bulldog Invite 2021
  • Outdoor - ran the 800m, the 1500m, and the 4x400m
  • Finished 1st in the 800 at both the Tennessee Challenge and the Georgia Tech Invitational with times of 2:07.51 and 2:09.11 respectively
  • Finished 2nd in the 800m at the ASUN Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a 2:07.64

2021 (Spring) Cross Country:

  • Named to the ASUN All-Freshman Team
  • Competed in two events
  • Placed 38th in the Lipscomb Winter Classic with a 19:04.2 5k
  • Placed 18th in the ASUN Championship with a 19:20.4 5k
