THE SHORT STORY: After a patient approach for much of the match, the Bisons scored three goals in the second half to secure a crucial 3-0 ASUN victory over Jacksonville. Hayes wood scored his first career brace to lead the Bisons to victory.
GOAL SUMMARY:

HOW IT HAPPENED:
Lipscomb got the first good look at goal in the 8' minute when
Alejandro Lopez landed the first shot on frame of the night, forcing an early Jacksonville save.
The Bisons continued to be the aggressor with good looks in the attacking third. In the 21' minute, a Bagayoko shot clanged off the post and in the 24' minute, Bagayoko put more pressure on the Dolphins' keeper, forcing him off his line to defend the shot in a one-on-one opportunity.
The Bisons continued to control the match but were unable to find the back of the net in the first frame to send the match to halftime.
Lipscomb had a great look in the 64' minute when
Tyrese Spicer forced a turnover just in front of the Jacksonville goal. The turnover set up an opportunity for
Hayes Wood to unleash a shot that went high.
Lipscomb patiently continued to pressure the Jacksonville defense and finally broke through in the 73' minute. Wood scored his first of the night when he skied for a header on corner kick service from
Noah Gulden to find the back of the night.
Just three minutes later,
Louis Robinson linked up with Bagayoko with a brilliant ball over the top. Bagayoko outran his defender and tapped the ball around the charging keeper. He followed the ball to the back of the net for a 2-0 lead.
The flurry of goals continued with yet another in the 80' minute. Wood notched his first-career brace when he linked up with
Noah Gulden for the second time.
Noah Gulden played a ball to the foot of Wood who was waiting just outside the six-yard box and he hammered the shot home.
Lipscomb defended well for the final 10-minutes of the match to secure its second clean sheet of the season and the crucial ASUN victory.
