Lipscomb Women's Golf In Command After Second Round of the Lady Bison Classic

PANAMA CITY, Fla. – Lipscomb Women's Golf still holds the leads after two rounds at the Lady Bison Classic at Bay Point.
The second round saw tough and windy conditions that caused problems for the entire field. The top three teams remained unchanged from after the first round with Lipscomb leading the way and fellow ASUN teams Florida Gulf Coast University and North Alabama in second and third, respectively.
Lipscomb shot a 311 in the second round and is sitting at (+23) overall, eight strokes ahead of Florida Gulf Coast who shot a 312 on the round and sits at (+31).
Murray State tied Lipscomb with a 311 in the second round to lead the field on Monday.
Sarah Frazier of Dayton and Siarra Stout of Lipscomb are tied for the individual lead in the tournament after shooting a 74 and 75, respectively in the second round and sit at (+1) on the tournament. Lauren Thompson of Lipscomb is just a stroke behind the leaders after shooting a 78 on the day.
