Four Bisons Recorded Two Points in Win Over Queens

Lipscomb women's soccer controlled all 90 minutes of their match in Charlotte, NC. as they shut out the Queens Royals in their eighth 3-0 victory of the season.
From the first whistle, it was clear that the Bisons were taking control of the match. Lipscomb recorded their first corner kick of 10 in the first half in the first minute of action.
Kiara Pralle was the first Bison to score in just the 12' minute. Bella Carapazza took a corner kick for Lipscomb and passed it in before getting a touch back. B.Carapazza took a shot at the goal and found Pralle, who headed the ball to put the Bisons on the board.

Summer Ellmore wasted no time, scoring in the 13' minute to put Lipscomb up from no goals to 2-0 in less than two minutes. After going out of bounds off a Royals defender, B.Carapazza took the corner for the Bisons and aimed inside the 18-yard box. The ball bounced around and fond Ellmore, who ripped into it for her second goal of the season.

The Bisons controlled the possession all half, putting up 11 shots with 4 on goal and 10 corners in the first half as opposed to the Royals' sole shot and no corners. Kaïna Cesar saved Queens's only shot in the 22' minute to solidify Lipscomb's dominance.
B.Carapazza recorded her second assist of the match off yet another corner kick. She connected with London De Fini, who headed the ball into the goal for the third and final goal of Lipscomb's performance.

The Bisons closed out the match with a whopping 25 shots, 9 on goal, 12 corners, 3 goals, and 2 assists. Lipscomb held the Royals to 5 shots, 4 on goal, 3 corner kicks, and no goals. Cesar recorded saves on each of Queens's shots on goal.
The Bisons will play their last regular season match at Austin Peay on Friday, Oct. 25th with a kickoff slated for 6:00 PM CT.
