
Men's Golf Finishes Regular Season At Tiger Invitational

COLUMBIA, Mo. – Lipscomb Men's Golf finished seventh at the Tiger Collegiate which wrapped up on Tuesday. The Bisons finished even on the event with an 852 overall score (287, 279, 286).
Jaron Leasure led the way with the Bisons with a top-15 finish. Sam Potter also had a strong showing, finishing tied for 16th.
Leasure finished the event tied for 12th. He started off the event slow with a 73 in the first round, but improved three strokes with a 70 in the second round. Leasure turned in his best score in the final round with a 68 to finish (-2) on the tournament.
Potter started off the tournament with a solid 70 over the first 18 holes. He stayed consistent over the second and third rounds with a 69 and 73, respectively to finish (-1) on the event.
Alejandro Rodriguez had a solid tournament, going (+3) over the three rounds. He carded a 72, 73, 71 over the event to tie for 38th.
Will Holan and Ford Goldasich rounded out team scoring for the Bisons. Holan tied for 48th (77, 67, 74, +5) and Goldasich tied for 67th (72, 75, 75, +9).
Minas Manias competed as an individual and tied for 83rd. He turned in a 77 in the first round and a 78 in the second round before improving with a 70 in the final round to finish (+12).
HEAD COACH WILL BREWER
"We are seeing all our players contributing to our team's growth. Ford, Will and Sam have been constant performers this season. This week, we saw Jaron and Alejandro jump in the mix as a few of our stronger players had a bit of an off week. We are hopeful everything comes together at the conference tournament. We have the capabilities of competing for every event."

The Bisons will compete at the ASUN Championships April 20-23. The event will be held at Highland Oaks in Dothan, Alabama.
