All-Sports Camp: A Summer of Faith, Fun, and Impact

Each summer, the Nashville All-Sports Camp brings the energy of sports and the joy of faith together in one unforgettable week. Hosted by Lipscomb Athletics Spiritual Formation in partnership with Project 658, the camp invites local children ages 6–13 to experience a high-energy mix of games, competition, and community—while learning about the love of Jesus.

What makes this camp special isn't just the sports—soccer, flag football, volleyball, dodgeball, track and field, and more—but the people who make it happen and the opportunities it provides. Lipscomb student-athletes serve as coaches and role models, forming meaningful relationships with campers while living out their faith through service. The camp also provides the opportunity for student-athletes to partake in sports ministry allowing them to use their gifts for a greater purpose than solely for themselves. This camp allows student-athletes to grow in leading faith-centered conversations and help children discover what it means to live for Christ.

Assistant Director of Spiritual Formation, Addi Pelham, has served as a coach for three summers during her time as a student-athlete at Lipscomb. She reflected on her experience, saying: "Being a coach at All-Sports Camp was highly formative for me as a student-athlete because it taught me how to combine my faith with my sport and gave me the opportunity to share that with the next generation. I grew in leadership and boldness while creating lasting friendships with families and children in the Nashville area—and those relationships have made Nashville feel like home."

Each day at camp combines fun, competition, and intentional conversations geared toward spiritual growth through daily Bible time, skits, small groups, and reflection. Campers leave knowing they are loved, valued, and capable of great things—both on and off the field.

All-Sports Camp builds confidence, community, and character, creating a space where faith becomes real, friendships form, and joy overflows. Both campers and counselors walk away with a new purpose and a deeper understanding of how God can use sports to bring people together. As one parent shared, "You can truly feel God's love and presence just walking into the camp!"—a reminder that it's more than a camp; it's a glimpse of what life with Jesus looks like.

This summer, All-Sports Camp will offer three weeks of camp for the first time ever, giving more kids the chance to join in the fun and experience this life-changing community. Spots will be limited, so be sure to act quickly to reserve your spot!
