NASHVILLE – The Lipscomb University Women's Tennis team began a seven-match home stand with a 4-0 victory over Murray State University on Saturday afternoon from the Huston-Marsh-Griffith Tennis Center.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The Bisons made quick work of the Racers in doubles. On court two,
Deborah Dominguez Collado and
Sofiia Paladi (14-3) picked up their fifth straight spring win with a 6-1 victory. The duo has an 8-2 spring record.
However, it was the top flight that clinched the team point, as
Serafima Bobrovnikova and
Mariia Dolzhenko (5-3) defeated Yuna Kadowaki and Yu Kikawa, 6-2.
In singles action, the Bisons played to clinch, as they won three points to earn the Saturday shutout.
Dolzhenko (18-8), Bobrovnikova (12-5) and Paladi (13-10) picked up the wins for Lipscomb in singles.
Bobrovnikova secured her ninth spring dub on Saturday with a 6-3, 6-2 win on court four.
Dolzhenko cruised to a 6-1, 6-1 result over Yuna Kadowaki at the No. 2 flight, while Paladi earned her 140th career victory between singles and doubles with set scores of 6-1, 6-3 to clinch the match.
