NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Lipscomb (2-1-1) ended in a 2–2 draw against the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (2-1-2) on Thursday at the Lipscomb Soccer Complex. The Bisons scored twice in the first half, but Chattanooga responded with two goals in the second half to equalize.

First Half
- Lipscomb took an early lead with a team goal at 3:40, setting the tone for the period.
- At 16:45, Annalise Cannada extended the Bisons' lead to 2–0 with a timely goal.
- Sundell Woodard made several key saves, including deflecting Emma Reeves' shot at 33:44 and multiple attempts by Paige Thomas.
- Lipscomb led 2–0 at the end of the first half.

Second Half
- Chattanooga's Savannah Dunahay scored an early goal at the 45:40 mark, cutting the Bisons' lead to 2–1.
- Emma Reeves of Chattanooga leveled the score at 2–2 with a goal in the 63:53 minute.
- Lipscomb attempted to regain the lead with a shot by Tatum Ahlemeyer at 66:29, but it was saved by Chattanooga's goalkeeper, Lilly Kate Varino.
- The period ended with a 2–2 tie, as neither team managed to break the deadlock in the final minutes.

Sundell Woodard recorded nine saves, with eight coming in the first half, to anchor the defensive effort. Cannada found the back of the net with her lone shot, contributing significantly to the scoring. Haylee Dean managed one shot on goal, adding pressure to the opposing defense. Ahlemeyer took two shots, including one on target, to keep the offensive momentum going.

The Bisons hold a record of 2-1-1 overall. Chattanooga stands at 2-1-2 for the season.
