Fall Schedule Set for Women's Tennis; Two Invited to Milwaukee Tennis Classic

NASHVILLE – The Lipscomb Women's Tennis team will participate in five tournaments this fall to open the 2026-27 season, announced by head coach Jamie Aid.
Lipscomb will start the year with the Milwaukee Tennis Classic on Sept. 11-13, as Mariia Dolzhenko and Deborah Dominguez Collado have been invited to the event.
The event starts on Friday, Sept. 11 with the Doubles Round of 16 at 9 a.m. Facing as the No. 2 doubles team in the field, they will take on Illinois' Lyla Messler and Kimiko Cooper.
Singles play will be conducted following doubles on Friday at approximately 10:30 a.m. Dolzhenko, seeded sixth in the tournament, will face Reese Frank from Purdue, while Collado draws Alana Boyce from North Carolina.

9 AM – Doubles Round of 16
Followed by (~10:30 AM) – Singles Round of 32
Followed by (~2 PM) – Singles Round of 16
Saturday, September 12
8 AM – Doubles Quarterfinals Followed by Semifinals (last of three guaranteed doubles matches)
Followed by (~10:30 AM) – Singles Quarterfinals
Followed by (~2 PM) – Singles Semifinals (last of four guaranteed singles matches)
Sunday, September 13
9 AM – Women's Doubles Final
Followed by (~10 AM) – Women's Singles Final
Collado participated in the event last year, and with her doubles partner Sofiia Paladi, they made it to the finals of the main draw.
The full squad will begin fall play on Sept. 25-27 with the Lipscomb/Belmont Tournament.
October will see the Bisons compete in three tournaments, starting with the Intercollegiate Tennis Association Ohio Valley Regional Championships from Oct. 8-13. This year's event will be co-hosted by the University of Cincinnati and Miami University of Ohio.
The following weekend, the Bisons will host their Lipscomb Hidden Dual on Oct. 16-18.
The fall schedule concludes with the Middle Tennessee Fall Invite in Murfreesboro on Oct. 23-25.
The Bisons' spring schedule will be announced at a later date.
