JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Lipscomb tied Jacksonville 2-2 on Thursday in their conference opener. After all four goals came in the first half, the Bisons outshot Jacksonville 8-4 in a scoreless second half.

First Half
- The Bisons generated two shots in the opening 1:18 before Tatum Ahlemeyer scored from a Kinsley Whitecavage assist at 3:46 for a 1-0 lead.
- Katie Brightwell put a shot on frame at 5:59, and Abigail Ross followed with a goal from an Ahlemeyer assist at 6:40 to make it 2-0.
- Jacksonville answered with a stretch of pressure that included four shots and a corner kick from 8:01 to 17:17, with Sunnie Woodard making three saves.
- Jacksonville cut the margin to 2-1 on a team goal at 26:31, then Julia Delprat scored from a Lina Ballmann assist at 36:56 to send the half to 2-2.

Second Half
- With the match tied 2-2, the half opened with Haylee Dean taking a shot at 46:32 and Jacksonville putting two attempts wide in the opening minutes.
- Jacksonville generated pressure from 57:44 to 68:22 with three corner kicks and a shot, but the Bisons kept the match level.
- The Bisons created a set-piece stretch of their own in the 72nd to 74th minutes, with Ahlemeyer putting a shot on frame before two corner kicks.
- The Bisons pushed again late with five shots and two corners from 83:10 through the final whistle, including saved attempts by Brightwell and Jaide-Simone Prejean, but the match finished tied 2-2.

Ahlemeyer scored the Bisons' first goal and added an assist, finishing with three points and putting two of her three shots on goal. Ross added a goal on two shots. Whitecavage recorded an assist and one shot. Brightwell put all three of her shots on goal to lead the Bisons in shots on frame.

The Bisons are 3-1-4 overall and 0-0-1 in conference play. Jacksonville is 2-3-3 overall and 0-0-1 in conference play.
