- Placed 26th in the 8K at the Michael Pretorius Memorial on Sep. 20 with a 28:01.4 time (26 points; 5:38.2 average mile).
- Posted a season-best 8K time of 27:14.7 at the Angel Mounds Invitational on Oct. 17 (5:28.8 average mile).
- Registered the top 8K placement (26th) on Sep. 20 and the top 8K time (27:14.7) on Oct. 17.

- Competed in two meets for the Bisons, running in the 5k and 8k
- Earned personal bests for both events - 16:50.7 in the 5k, 27:49.3 in the 8k

- Prepped at Edmond North High School under the direction of coach Andrew Pletan
- Helped his team to their 2022 Oklahoma State Cross Country Champions title
- Also played club volleyball and earned third place at the AAU Boys Volleyball National Championship
- Lists traveling to compete in different states as his favorite high school athletic memory
- Holds the school record for the Indoor 800m
- Best times: 400m (51.79), 800m (1:55.78), 800m - Indoor (1:56.7), 1,600m (4:29)
