2023 TRACK AND FIELD
• Appeared in nine meets
• Had a personal best, and third place finish, in the mile with a time of 5:08.15
• Earned six top 10 finishes, two were top three finishes
• Placed second in the 800 with a time of 2:15.76 at the Occidental Distance Carnival & Spring Break Classic
• Finished fifth in the 1500 (4:37.64) and eighth in the 800 (2:20.43) at the PacWest Championships
• Also achieved personal bests in the last two meets of her senior season: 4:29.59 in the 1500 and 2:10.67 in the 800
2022 TRACK AND FIELD
• Appeared in nine meets
• Earned eight top 10 finishes, four were top three finishes
• Won the 800 with a time of 2:17.32 at the Team 4 Titus and Ely Invite
• Won the 5000 with a personal best time of 17:58.20 at the Pomona-Pitzer T&F Invite
• Had another personal best in the 3000 with a time of 10:18.30 at the Beach Opener
• Finished sixth in the 1500 (4:35.40) and 10th in the 5000 (18:34) at the PacWest Championships

• Competed in two races for the Eagles

2021 TRACK AND FIELD
• Appeared in eight meets in her first year with the Eagles
• Earned seven top 10 finishes, highest finish was third in the 800
• Had a second place finish as a member of the 4x400 relay team (4:03.65) at the Westmont Sunshine Collegiate
• Advanced to the finals in the 800 and 1500 at the PacWest Championships
• Finished eighth in the 1500 (4:56.52) and ninth in the 800 (2:29.85) at the PacWest Championships
2020 CROSS COUNTRY

• Studied two years at Cal Poly, earning honor roll distinction
HIGH SCHOOL
• Prepped four varsity seasons at Liberty High School in Bakersfield, Calif., graduating in 2018
• Ran at the CIF State Cross Country Championships and earned All-Bakersfield Area second team honors as a senior
• Qualified for the CIF State Track & Field Championships in the 4x400m relay her sophomore year
• Played four years of varsity soccer and helped her team to two league championships
• Also received a National Scholar-Athlete Award from the U.S. Army Reserve, an Outstanding Service and Leadership Award from Liberty
• Earned a Patriot award in soccer and a Female Scholar Athlete award as a senior

• Daughter of Karen and Dave Champness
• Has five older siblings (Danny, Wendy, Julianna, Sam and Nate)
• Her father, Dave, played water polo in college
• Enjoys doing DIY projects, reading and playing card games in her free time
