2025-26 Track and Field:
- Competed in 9 meets as a freshman distance runner, posting 5 top-5 placements (3 in the 5,000m, 1 in the 3,000m and 1 in the 1,500m).
- Placed third in the 5,000m (16:40.76) at the 2026 ASUN Indoor Track & Field Championships on Feb. 28.
- Ran the season-fastest 3,000m time (9:43.25) at the 2026 ASUN Indoor Track & Field Championships on Feb. 28.
- Helped record a 4x400 relay time of 4:08.40 (seventh) at the Yellow Jacket Invitational on March 21.
- Finished third in the 5,000m (16:41.60) at the Lee University Fast Break Athletics Invitational on April 11.
- Placed third in the 3,000m (9:44.14) at the Outdoor Music City Challenge on May 2.
- Took third in the 1,500m (4:22.96) at the 2026 ASUN Outdoor Track & Field Championship on May 16.
2025 Cross Country:
- Competed in 4 meets as a sophomore, including 1 top-25 finish (5K).
- Ran a season-best 5K time of 16:53.2 while placing seventh at the Atlantic Sun Conference Championships on Oct. 31.
- Posted a season-best 6K time of 20:12.2 and placed 29th at the NCAA Division I South Region Cross Country Championships on Nov. 14.
- Opened the season by running 20:43.4 in the 6K at the Gans Creek Classic on Sep. 26.
- Recorded a 21:33.3 6K at the Nuttycombe Invitational on Oct. 17.
2024 Cross Country:
- First Team All-ASUN
- Received an invitation to race at the Nuttycombe Invitational and finished the 6k in 20:57.1 to place fiftieth
- Recorded a personal best 5k time of 16:44.2 at the 2024 ASUN Cross Country Championships to place fourth overall
- Finished the 6k at the NCAA Division I South Region Cross Country Championships in 20:38.2 to finish twenty-ninth
- Earned a spot at the NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships and finished the 6k in 20:56.1
2023 Cross Country:
- Competed in five meets for the Bisons
- Ran the 5k and 6k
- Earned a personal best in both events - 17:03.4 in the 5k at the Atlantic Sun Conference Championship to place third overall, 19:15.9 in the 6k at the NCAA Division I South Region Cross Country Championships to place twenty-fourth overall and send her to the NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships

- Prepped at Montour High School under instruction of coach Robert Naylor
- Three-time All-State selection (2021, 2022, 2023)
- Named a Garmin Running Lane All-American
- Served as team captain in 2022 and 2023
- Selected MVP 2022 and 2023
- Named Runner of the Year for 2021, 2022, 2023 for cross country and track & field
- Holds school records in 800m, 1,600m, mile, 3,200m, 5k, 4x400m relay, and 4x800m relay
