Eli Jackson

Eli Jackson joined the Lipscomb University Women’s Soccer staff as an assistant coach in 2026 following three successful seasons at John Brown University.

A former student-athlete for the JBU men’s soccer program, Jackson graduated from John Brown with degrees in Graphic Design and Marketing before transitioning into coaching. During his three years as an assistant coach with the Golden Eagles women’s soccer program, JBU compiled a 49-12-6 overall record while advancing to one NAIA Sweet 16 and two Elite Eight appearances in the NAIA National Tournament.

Jackson brings a passion for holistic student-athlete development and faith-based leadership to the Bisons program. Throughout the hiring process, he emphasized his desire to “create an environment where athletes feel seen, supported and empowered to grow personally and athletically, pursuing excellence while honoring the Lord in all that they do.”

Known for his relational approach and commitment to player growth, Jackson joins the Bisons staff with experience contributing to championship-caliber programs both on and off the field.
