Men's Golf Remains Tied For Third At Craft Farm Intercollegiate

GULF SHORES, Ala. - The Lipscomb men's golf team concluded second round play at the Craft Farm Intercollegiate on Monday afternoon. The Bisons remain tied in third place at 581 and posted a 290 in the second round.

Ford Goldasich had the best round of the day firing a 2-under, 70 in his round this afternoon. The sophomore has propelled himself into the top-20, as he sits tied for 17th at 146.

Linus Samuelsson and Austin Aliff both are inside the top-10 in the medalist race, tied for seventh (143). Samuelsson shot 1-under, 71 this afternoon and Aliff carded an even-par, 72.

"We are in a good position for the final round," Director of Golf Will Brewer said. "We discussed learning how to finish strong to be the team we believe this team can be. Tomorrow will give us an opportunity. I believe this team will take the step toward finishing strong."

The Bisons will finish up the tournament with the final round tomorrow.
