JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Atlantic Sun Conference released its final weekly awards for volleyball on Monday, as Libby Steinhart won the ASUN Defensive Player of the Week honors. 

This is the senior's second Defensive Player of the Week honor in the ASUN this season, also winning the award on Oct. 7.

Totaling 16 digs, she went 9-of-10 in receptions in Lipscomb's sweep of West Georgia. Posting a service ace, she did not commit an error from the back line in 10 attempts. 

In the first set, Steinhart recorded 11 digs that helped Lipscomb to a 25-10 win to start the match.

LUV (17-10) will next prepare for the 2024 ASUN Championship, which begins Thursday afternoon. The 2-seeded Bisons will open the championship with 7-seeded North Alabama at noon CT.
