SCORING SUMMARY
HOW IT HAPPENED

Lipscomb started out on the front foot from the opening whistle, getting a couple good looks in the opening minutes as the Central Arkansas keeper came off his line, but the Bears' defense dealt with the resulting shots to keep things scoreless.

The Bisons drew first blood with a goal in the 11' minute when Levi Jones and Daniel Firek lined up with William Kennedy at the back post who slotted the ball home for a 1-0 Lipscomb advantage.

Lipscomb continued to be the aggressor, scoring again in the 25' minute when William Kennedy put a ball in front of the face of goal and Mason Cooper tapped it in for a 2-0 advantage which would hold to the halftime whistle.

In the opening minutes of the second frame, Central Arkansas found more possession and scored in the 56' minute for a 2-1 game.

The Bisons, however, didn't let its foot off the pedal and scored four more goals before the end of the match.

In the 58' minute, William Kennedy netted his second of the night on an assist from Levi Jones

Senior William Bryan got in on the action in the 63' minute when Zach Kennedy rocketed a shot that was parried by the keeper and Bryan was there to finish the rebound for a 4-1 lead.

Levi Jones also scored on his senior night in the 79' minute on an assist from fellow senior Bryan.

Bryan slotted home the final goal of the match in the 83' minute when he dribbled through a host of defenders to create space and hammered a left-footed inswinger that found the back of the net for a 6-1 advantage.

The win cemented the Bisons a spot in the 2025 ASUN Championship.
