JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Announced by the Atlantic Sun Conference on Wednesday afternoon, Sophia Hudepohl led the Lipscomb University Volleyball program as the 2025 ASUN Setter of the Year.

Joining Hudepohl on the postseason awards was Courtney Jones, named to the First Team, and Cora ter Kuile, who picked up an Academic All-ASUN selection.

Along with Hudepohl's Setter of the Year honor, she was a Second Team selection, and she collected Academic All-ASUN laurels.

This is Hudepohl's third All-ASUN selection in her four years as a Bison, and she was named Setter of the Year twice in her career, also winning in 2023, her sophomore year.

The Cincinnati, Ohio native was one of the best setters in the ASUN, averaging 10.72 per set. In the national rankings, Hudepohl is ranked ninth among Division I volleyball players and third in the southeast region.

Winning five of the 12 ASUN Setter of the Week awards in 2025, she has recorded double figures in each of her 26 matches this season, including 20 contests of 30 or more assists and 15 matches of 40 or more.

Hudepohl also added 187 digs and 30 service aces.

Now at 4,426 assists, she became second in LUV history to eclipse 4,000 assists in a career and the 11th in ASUN history.

Majoring in Business Management and Marketing, Hudepohl earned her first Academic All-ASUN selection.

For Courtney Jones, she was the team's leader in kills per set (3.89) and points per set (4.21), and she was second in the conference in both categories.

Earning her second straight All-ASUN First Team selection and the third of her career, she totaled 22 matches of at least 10 or more kills to lead the team.

Cora ter Kuile collected her first Academic All-ASUN honor in 2025. Earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in fashion design this past summer, she is currently earning her MBA at Lipscomb.

The Bisons will open postseason play on Thursday morning with (5) Central Arkansas at 10 a.m. EST / 9 a.m. CST from Alico Arena on the campus of Florida Gulf Coast University.
