TEMPE, Ariz. – The Lipscomb University women's tennis team was represented in the final 2025 Intercollegiate Tennis Association rankings, announced by the league on Wednesday, June 4.
The Bisons finished as the ninth-best team in the Ohio Valley Region, finishing with a 13-7 record and a semifinal finish in the ASUN Championship.
Leading the charge for Lipscomb was 2025 ASUN Scholar-Athlete of the Year in Sofiia Paladi, who finished the season ranked 16th in singles after a 26-9 overall record that saw her go 15-4 in spring duals.
The 2025 All-ASUN First Team honoree went a perfect 9-0 in region matches during the spring campaign.
Lipscomb's top-10 region ranking was also in contribution to Mariia Dolzhenko on the All-ASUN First Team and Serafima Bobrovnikova earning All-Freshman honors.
Dolzhenko, the 2024 ASUN Freshman of the Year, went 22-11 on the year in singles and added a 17-12 record in doubles in her sophomore campaign.
Bobrovnikova went 16-12 in her first collegiate year in singles play and added seven doubles wins.
