Final Score: Toledo 10, Lipscomb 7
Location: Nashville, Tennessee (Ken Dugan Field at Stephen Lee Marsh Stadium)

HOW IT HAPPENED
Similar to Friday, the Rockets got the scoring going in the top of the first. Troy Sudbrook picked up an RBI knock to get the visitors on the board first.
Also similar to Friday, the Bisons responded with a run in the bottom half of the first.
Brady Miller opened the frame with a hit. After taking second on a steal and
Keaton Mahan moving him to third on a groundout,
Aaron Stelogeannis laced a knock up the middle to even it up at one run apiece.
In the second, after a 1-2-3 inning by
Jevarra Martin Jr., the Bisons took their first lead of the game with a RBI hit by
Jordan Thomas to score
Cam Pruitt.
Unfortunately, it did not last long, as the Rockets used a Sudbrook two-out, two-run home run to give them the lead for good in the third.
Carson McCaleb made it a 4-2 score with a solo home run, also coming with two outs.
Despite Lipscomb inching closer in the fifth with Miller scampering home from third on a passed ball. Toledo scored four times in the sixth on just one hit and three straight walks to swell the lead to 8-3.
The Bisons chipped away again with two runs in the seventh on a sac fly by Stelogeannis and a
Blake Carter RBI hit to cut the score back to three runs, 8-5, but the walks from the Bisons pitching staff came back to haunt them again in the ninth. After three straight singles to load the bases, Toledo forced back-to-back walks to start the merry-go-round twice to increase the lead to 10-5.
Lipscomb saw back-to-back RBI hits from
Kai Holm and
Damion Kenealy Jr. in the bottom half of the ninth, but it was too late to mount the comeback.
