  • Named to 2023 USTFCCCA All-Academic Team
  • Competed in three indoor meets and seven outdoor meets this season for the Bisons
  • Ran the mile, the 3,000m, and the DMR for indoor
  • Earned three top-15 finishes and two top-3 finishes
  • Opened the indoor season with a first place finish in the 3,000m with a time of 8:12.00
  • Finished third overall in the DMR with a 9:56.17 at the ASUN Indoor Championship
  • Ran the 1,500m and 3,000m steeplechase for outdoor
  • Earned six top-15 finishes with three top-5 finishes
  • Opened the outdoor season with a first place finish in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Yellow Jacket Invitational with a time of 9:14.56
  • Clocked a personal best 3:46.56 in the 1,500m at the Joe Walker Invitational to finish fifth overall
  • Claimed fourth place in the 1,500m at the Music City Challenge with a 3:48.07
  • Clocked a 9:04.10 and an eighth place finish in the 3,000m steeplechase at the ASUN Outdoor Championship to earn a trip to the NCAA East Preliminaries where he clocked an 8:57.21 to finish 17th overall

• Ran 8:49.88 for 18th in the steeplechase quarterfinals at the NCAA East Preliminaries (May 25-28).
• Ran 8:52.39 for 4th in the steeplechase final at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships (May 13-15).
• Ran 9:13.26 for 25th in the steeplechase final at the Drake Relays (April 28-30). Ran a leg of the 9th-place 4x1600 relay in 16:56.05.
• Ran 9:10.31 for 46th in the steeplechase final at the Mt. SAC Relays (April 14-16).
• Ran 9:04.26 for 29th in the steeplechase final at the Raleigh Relays (March 24-26).

Indoor Track & Field
• Ran 4:09.97 for 20th in the mile prelims at the Big Ten Indoor Championships (Feb. 25-26). Ran a leg of the 5th-place distance medley relay in 9:42.06
• Ran a career-best 4:02.72 for 6th in the mile final at the Windy City Invitational (Feb. 11-12).
• Ran a career-best 4:04.55 in the mile for 7th at the Indiana Relays (Jan. 28-29)
• Ran 4:08.81 in the mile for 11th at the Simmons-Harvey Invitational (Jan. 15)

• Ran 9:06.62 in the steeplechase for the win at the B1G Fighting Illini Relays (April 23-24)

• Ran 8:22.70 in the 3000 meter run for 23rd at the Big Ten Indoor Championships (Feb. 25-27)
• Ran a career-best 8:06.49 in the 3000 meter run for 4th at the SPIRE B1G Invitational (Feb. 12-13)
• Ran a career-best 4:05.93 in the mile for 2nd at the Simmons-Harvey Invitational (Jan. 16)

Cross Country
• Ran 24:45.6 over 8 kilometers (4.97 miles) to finish 21st at the Florida State Winter Last Chance Invitational (March 5)

Sophomore (2019-20)
Outdoor Track & Field
• Due to the global coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the 2020 outdoor season was not contested. To help prevent the spread of the virus, the University of Michigan suspended all athletic activities, including practices, effective March 12.

• Ran a career-best 4:12.88 in the mile for 28th at the Notre Dame Meyo Invitational (Feb. 7-8)
• Ran 8:33.85 in the 3000 meter run for 10th at the Power Five Invitational (Jan. 31-Feb. 1)
• Ran 4:19.88 in the mile for 9th at the Simmons-Harvey Invitational (Jan. 18)
• Ran a career-best 4:12.26 in the mile for 2nd at the Wolverine Invitational (Jan. 11)

Track & Field: Finished sixth over 1,600 meters at the 2018 MHSAA State Championships … Competed in the “Emerging Elite” sections of the 800-meter and mile races at New Balance Nationals Outdoor in 2018 … Among all Michigan high schoolers in 2018, he ranked No. 8 outdoors over 800 meters, No. 9 in the outdoor 1,600 meters, No. 17 outdoors in the mile and No. 19 indoors at 800 meters

Cross Country: Three-time qualifier for the MHSAA State Championships … Finished 12th in 2017, 27th in 2016 and 99th in 2014 … Placed seventh at the 2017 MITCA MidEast Qualifier Race and 33rd at the MidEast Meet of Champions
