2023 Track and Field:
- Competed in three indoor meets and four outdoor meets this season
- Ran the mile, 3,000m, and 5,000m for indoor
- Earned two personal bests - first in the 3,000m at the Commodore Challenge with a 9:06.25 (16th) and the mile at the PNC Bank Bellarmine Classic with a 4:36.92 (31st)
- Ran the 1,500m, 3,000m, and 5,000m for outdoor
- Earned two personal bests - first in the 1,500m at the Yellow Jacket Invitational (4:20.41 | 44th) and then in the 5,000m at the Joe Walker Invitational (15:50.34 | 8th)
2022 Cross Country:
- Competed in three meets this season
- Made his debut as a Bison at the Trevecca Michael Pretorius Invite with a 27:50.6 in the 8k to finish 13th overall
- Earned his best finish of the season at the UAB Blazer Classic where he finished 63rd overall with a time of 26:31.3 in the 8k
High School:
- Prepped at Brentwood Academy under direction of head coach Marshall Smith
- Part of 2017 & 2018 TSSAA D2-AA State Cross Country Champion team
- Three-time All-State selection (2018, 2019, 2020)
- Served as 2020 Brentwood Academy team captain
- Lists top high school athletic memory as winning the 2018 State Cross Country championship meet with his team with a total of 17 points
