2020 Track and Field:

• Won the Conference Title in the 5000m at the ASUN Indoor Championships with a conference-record time of 14:04.75, finishing a full 13 seconds ahead of second place
• Also Earned Second-Team All-Conference in the 3000m with a time of 8:14.67
• Named the ASUN Student-Athelete of the Year (All Sports)
• Earned a CoSIDA Academic honor
• Voted ASUN Academic All-Conference
• Named the ASUN Track Athlete of the Week after winning the 5000m with a school record time of 14:01.10 at the Music City Challenge 
• Finished second in the mile (4:09.31) at the South Carolina Invite
• Placed in the top-five of all seven races he ran

2019 Cross Country:

• Became the first-ever runner in program history to qualify for the NCAA National Championship
• Named to the NCAA All-South Region Team after finishing seventh overall in the Regional with a time of 30:26.4 in the 10K
• Won the ASUN Individual Championship with a winning time of 24:17.6
• Named the ASUN Men's XC Scholar-Athlete of the Year
• Named the ASUN Student-Athelete of the Year (All Sports)
• Earned a CoSIDA Academic honor
• Earned spots on the All-Conference First-Team and All-Academic Team
• Two-time ASUN Runner of the Week
• Ran a season-best time of 23:49.8 at the Louisville Classic to finish 8th
• Placed 6th at the Commodore Classic in 24:35.3
• At the NCAA Championships, he placed 161st with a time of 32:28.2 in the 10K
