Jenna Anderson joined the Lipscomb University Sports Medicine Staff in July 2020 and serves as the primary athletic trainer for the women’s basketball and women’s cross country teams.
In her career with the Bisons, she has been on staff for four ASUN Women’s Cross Country Championships (2022, 2023, 2024, 2025) and on the 2024-25 women’s basketball staff that participated in the Women’s National Invitational Tournament.
Prior to her arrival in Nashville, she did clinical rotations with Bluffton University’s men’s and women’s soccer team and the University of Findlay’s football, women’s lacrosse and swimming and diving teams. She also completed rotations at Findlay High School as well.
She has certifications with the Tennessee Department of Health, the National Athletic Trainers' Association and the Board of Certification for the Athletic Trainer and is a member of the NATA.
A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Anderson was a four-year member of the University of Findlay (NCAA Division II) Women's Basketball team from 2016-19, where she served as captain for two seasons. In her time with the Oilers, she played in 113 games with 581 career points, 453 rebounds, 216 assists and 98 steals.
In her junior season (2018), the Oilers qualified for the NCAA Division II Women’s Basketball Tournament after finishing with 20 wins.
While she was in graduate school at Findlay, she coached the program’s junior varsity team.
Anderson graduated from Findlay with a Bachelor of Science in Strength and Conditioning. She also earned a master’s in athletic training.
Formerly Jenna Stegmaier, she is married to her husband, Trevor, and they have a son, Crue.
