NASHVILLE - The Lipscomb women's basketball team kept up their home winning ways on Friday beating Converse 82-60 in their second victory in as many days at Allen Arena.
Senior Taylor Clark led the Lady Bisons in scoring for the second game in a row with 19 points, while Dorie Harrison added 12 and Sydney Shelton scored 10.Â
HOW IT HAPPENED
The Lady Bisons (3-1) traded baskets with Converse (1-1) early on, before separating themselves a bit to enter the break ahead 33-25.

But the third quarter is where Lipscomb broke the game open. Harrison led the way, with the center pouring in eight of her 12 points in a three-minute stretch.Â

The Purple and Gold expanded their lead in the fourth quarter, hitting six of their 12 three-pointers to finish off the Valkyries. Â

Sophomore Casey Collier filled the stat sheet with seven points, four rebounds, and a team-high seven assists.Â
