HEAD COACH WILL BREWER
"The men played stronger Saturday at +4," said Brewer.
Jason Hong and
Ford Goldasich played well while not making many putts.
Will Holan also played well today (69) as well as
Gregor McKenzie (71). We wanted to challenge the team against a strong field on the west coast. The challenge is always adjusting to different grasses and playing against a number of teams we rarely compete against," added Brewer. "We didn't perform as well as our talent, however, we improved daily as the men became more accustomed to the atmosphere and challenging long rough. I'm proud of the push on the last day as we passed six teams during the final round. We hope to return in 2024."
