HOW IT HAPPENED
Tripp Patterson tossed a complete game shutout versus the Bisons in his first matchup back on March 28. However, 35 days later, the tables turned to Lipscomb's favor, and it started right out of the gate. Following a leadoff free pass by Aaron Stelogeannis and a Brady Miller single, Parks Bouck extended his on-base and hitting streak in a loud way with a three-run shot for his fifth home run of the season.

With the long ball, the senior extended his on-base streak to 22, the 11th-longest in Lipscomb program history since 2010. Additionally, his 17-game hitting streak is tied for the second-longest in the similar time span.

For the Bisons bats, it didn't stop there. Five batters later, with the bases loaded, Ryan Austin brought two runs home on a throwing error at short.

Collin Goda brought home the sixth run on a RBI groundout.

Lipscomb added two more runs in the fourth after a Goda free pass and Stelogeannis's five home run of the year.

Despite UNA scoring a run in the bottom half of the inning, Lipscomb added a run in the fifth, as Austin scored on a throwing error.

Goda posted back-to-back RBI in his last two plate appearances to make it an 11-3 game. In the seventh, he laced an RBI single, and in the ninth, his deep foul out saw Jake Berg scoring on the play.
