NASHVILLE – With the regular season less than a month away, it's time to introduce the newcomers to the 2026 Lipscomb University Baseball roster. Sixteen new faces join the Bisons: 13 transfers and three newcomers.
Below is some brief information on each newcomer, including position, bat/throw, hometown, high school and previous school.
Eric Harper - Utility - R/R - Brentwood, Tennessee - Nolensville - Northern Oklahoma University, Tonkawa
- Enters first season at Lipscomb as a redshirt sophomore
- Played 52 games at Northern Oklahoma University, Tonkawa Campus in 2025
- Posted slash lines of .361/.494/.692 with 12 home runs and 40 RBI
- Redshirted at Middle Tennessee State in 2024
- His father, Nick, played college football at Fort Valley State (Ga.) (NCAA Division II) in 1998 before signing with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in the Canadian Football League in 2000. He signed as a free agent with the Indianapolis Colts in 2001 and played nine seasons between the Colts (2001-06) and Titans (2007-09). He was a part of the Colts' Super Bowl XLI victory in 2006.
Adam Jamison - Right-Handed Pitcher - L/R - Murfreesboro, Tennessee - Middle Tennessee Christian - Columbia State Community College
- Enters first season at Lipscomb as a redshirt sophomore
- Tossed 57.1 innings last season at Columbia State Community College with 44 strikeouts
- Used redshirt season at MTSU in 2024
Landon Kiefer - Right-Handed Pitcher - R/R - Crestview, Florida - Braden River - Albany State University
- Enters first season at Lipscomb as a redshirt senior
- After using redshirt season at Missouri S&T University in 2022, he played three seasons at Albany State University, where he secured three All-SIAC accolades and was a Second Team All-Region by the Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA)
- Last season at Albany State, heed the conference in strikeouts (98) in 79.2 innings in his final season with the Rams
- Finished 18th in Division II in strikeouts, 18th in strikeout-to-walk ratio (5.16) and 25th in strikeouts per nine innings (11.07)
- Went 10-1 on the year, and was one of 32 NCAA Division II pitchers to win 10 games
Jackson Lee - Left-Handed Pitcher - L/L - Columbia, Tennessee - Columbia Academy
- Enters first season at Lipscomb as a true freshman
- Played at Columbia Academy, where he was a two-time All-State, All-Region and All-District recipient
- Member of back-to-back Division II-Class A state baseball championship teams in 2024 and 2025
Dane LeMaster - Right-Handed Pitcher - R/R - The Woodlands, Texas - The Woodlands Christian Academy - Tyler Junior College
- Enters first season at Lipscomb as a junior
- Played two seasons at Tyler Junior College
- In 2025, he made 13 appearances for the Apaches with two starts
- Posted a 4-2 overall record, with 29 strikeouts in 27.2 innings
Alexander Llinas - Left-Handed Pitcher - L/L - Pembroke Pines, Florida - St. Thomas Aquinas - Nova Southeastern University
- Enters first season at Lipscomb as a senior
- Spent the 2025 season at Nova Southeastern University before playing his first two college seasons at Nicholls State
- In 2025, he appeared in 12 games with one start in his lone season at Nova Southeastern
- Threw 19 innings with 19 strikeouts
Mack Mabrey - Left-Handed Pitcher - L/L - Carlsbad, New Mexico - Carlsbad - San Jacinto College
- Enters first season at Lipscomb as a junior
- Played first two collegiate seasons at San Jacinto College
- In 2025, he made 15 appearances with two starts, going 2-2 on the year
- Tossed 23.1 innings pitched, allowing 17 earned runs and striking out 21
Jevarra Martin Jr. - Left-Handed Pitcher - L/L - Atlanta, Georgia - Georgia Premier Academy - Georgia Southern University
- Enters first season at Lipscomb as a junior
- Played 2025 season at Georgia Southern, appearing in eight games on the mound with four starts
- Also had one appearance during the 2024 season at South Carolina
Hutson Miles - Utility - R/R - Madison, Tennessee - Goodpasture - Columbia State Community College
- Enters first season at Lipscomb as a junior
- Played two season sat Columbia State Community College
- In 2025, he appeared in 50 of the team's 54 games in his second year with the Chargers
- Recorded a .397 batting average, producing 71 hits in 179 at bats
- Boasted a .479 on-base percentage, scoring 58 runs and swiping 16 stolen bases
- Ranked as No. 5 shortstop by JUCO Pipeline
Cole Pippenger - Infielder - R/R - Hillsboro, Tennessee - Coffee County Central High School
- Enters first season at Lipscomb as a true freshman
- Lettered with Coffee County High School
- 2x All-Region

Cam Pruitt - Infielder - R/R - Dallas, Texas - Wylie - Paris Junior College
- Enters first season at Lipscomb as a junior
- Spent the 2025 season at Paris Junior college, where he was a First Team All-Conference and Second Team All-Region
- Appeared in 58 games for Paris Junior College in his second season
- Recorded a .367 batting average with 73 hits and 42 RBI
- Posted a .573 slugging percentage with 18 doubles and seven triples
Danny Ramirez - First Base/Outfield - Kissimmee, Florida - Osceola - Seminole State College
- Enters first season at Lipscomb as a redshirt junior
- Signed to play at Missouri for the 2025 season, but an injury sidelined him, and decided to redshirt
- During his 2024 season at Seminole State College, he was an All-Region VIII First Team, All-Region VIII Gold Glove Team at first base, All-Citrus Conference First Team and All-Citrus Conference All-Defensive Team.
Simon Scharff - Catcher - R/R - Lake Wales, Florida - Lake Wales - Polk State College
- Enters first season at Lipscomb as a redshirt sophomore
- After redshirting at Eckerd in 2024, he played 2025 at Polk State College
- Appeared in 44 games with 29 starts in his first collegiate season
- Recorded slash lines of .265/.397/.343
Coleman Siniard - Catcher - R/R - Pulaski, Tennessee - Giles County - University of Tennessee Southern
- Enters first season at Lipscomb as a graduate student
- Played four seasons at UT Southern in Pulaski
- Earned All-SSAC First Team after hitting .396 batting average and an OPS of 1.080, including a .619 slugging clip
Jordan Thomas - Outfielder - L/L - Loganville, Georgia - Georgia Premier Academy - Polk State College
- Enters first season at Lipscomb as a junior
- Spent two seasons at Polk State College
- Played in 48 games with 45 starts in his second season
- Posted 61 hits in 177 at bats for a .345 clip
- Had a .881 OPS, including a .452 slugging percentage thanks to 10 doubles, three triples and a homer
Cody Underwood - Right-Handed Pitcher/Infielder - R/R - Chapel Hill, Tennessee - Page
- Enters first season at Lipscomb as a true freshman
- Played at Page High School under head coach Kenneth Roeten

- Says that beating Brentwood for the first time in baseball history was a top highlight
