JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Lipscomb University Baseball team saw six honored on the Atlantic Sun Conference Baseball postseason awards.
Five Bisons,
Kaleb Kantola,
Hutson Miles,
Brady Miller,
Cam Pruitt and
Jordan Thomas, were recognized on the Second Team of the All-ASUN Baseball awards.
Kaleb Kantola
- One of the top closers in the ASUN in 2026, posting a 2.11 ERA in 21.1 innings pitched with a 1-0 record and seven saves (second in the ASUN)
- Was named to the NCBWA Stopper of the Year Watch List
- Struck out 21 batters, allowing five earned runs and a batting average against of .194
- Posted a .111 mark (3-of-27) with two outs and .143 (4-for-28) against left-handed bats and a.227 (10-for-44) against right-handers
- In ASUN play, making nine appearances, he has posted five saves.
- In 16.1 innings, he has allowed one earned run (0.55 ERA) and a 1.06 WHIP with 18 strikeouts and a .167 batting average against
- Allowing batters to a .115 (3-for-26) with runners on base and .095 (2-for-21) with two outs
- Against UCA on April 12, he posted a season-high five strikeouts in three scoreless innings as his team came back to defeat the Bears
Brady Miller
- Scored a total of 42 runs over the season from the lead-off position
- Recorded 50 hits throughout the season, fourth on the team with 30 RBI
- 29 walks for a .395 on-base percentage
- Of his 43 games, he has reached base in 41 of the 43 games, including a 20-game on-base streak entering the tournament
- 16 multi-hit games (tied for second on team)
- .355 average with runners on base, .333 average (18 hits) with two outs
- Notable performances include scoring 3 runs with 2 hits in a home win against Villanova on Feb. 21
- Achieved 3 RBIs with 2 hits in a victory over Toledo on March 2
- Scored 3 runs with 2 hits and 2 RBIs in a home win against Austin Peay on April 25
- In ASUN play, third on team with a .347 average and a .901 OPS
- 34 hits, five doubles and two homers
- .400 average (20 hits) with runners on base, .438 average (14 hits) with two outs and 15 two-out RBI (2nd on team)
Hutson Miles
- Totaled 52 hits, posting 15 multi-hit games, including six games with three hits to lead team
- Recorded 17 extra-base hits and 78 total bases, including tying a school record of five triples
- .419 batting average (13-for-31) vs. left-handed pitchers and a 48.8% success rate of advancing runners
- Hit over .300 with runners in scorer's position (.317) and two outs (.333)
- Ninth in the league with 44 runs scored
- 13-of-14 in stolen bases with 19 RBI
- Four outfield assists on the season and a .980 fielding percentage
- As of 5/15, has posted a 14.65 defensive runs saved, most by an outfielder in the country
- Top 5 in the ASUN with 2.6 WAR
- Notable performance against Austin Peay on March 22 with 4 runs scored and 1 hit.
- Collected 4 hits, 3 runs scored, and 1 run batted in during the away win against Eastern Kentucky on May 1.
- Recorded 3 runs scored, 3 hits, and 1 run batted in in a home win against Austin Peay on April 25.
- In ASUN play, second in hitting (.383) with 36 hits with an OPS of .986
- Fifth in runs scored (29) and totaled 49 bases
- .429 batting average with runners on base, .364 with runners in scoring position and .429 (12 hits) with two outs
Cam Pruitt
- Recorded a total of 60 hits over the season to lead the team for a .331 batting average (fifth in division)
- Team leader with 17 multi-hit games, including 12 two-hit games
- 17 extra-base hits with team-high 11 doubles and 85 total bases
- .470 slugging percentage and .834 OPS
- 15 stolen bases and 70 assists on defense
- Drove in 43 runs, showcasing his ability to bring teammates home and impact the scoreboard.
- 17 of his 43 RBI have been with two outs (second on team) thanks to a .339 average (21-of-62) in that situation
- .448 average with runners in scoring position (26 hits to lead team),
- Scored 23 runs, demonstrating his capability to get on base and contribute to the team's scoring.
- Notable performances include a 3-hit, 4-RBI game in a win against Eastern Kentucky on March 29 and a 4-hit, 2-RBI game in a win against Austin Peay on April 25.
- In ASUN play, team leader in hits with 41 and a .350 batting average, ninth in ASUN and fourth in division
- 61 total bases with eight doubles and a .521 slugging percentage
- Hitting .419 (26 hits) with runners on base, .487 (19 hits) with runners in scoring position
- team-leading 16 of his 30 RBI have come with two outs thanks to a .413 clip (19 hits)
Jordan Thomas
- Seventh in division with 11 home runs on the season
- Sixth overall in ASUN and fourth in Gold Division in slugging (.623)
- Accumulated a total of 26 runs scored, 38 hits, and 31 runs batted in over the season.
- Notable performances include a 2-hit, 2-RBI game against Austin Peay on April 2 and a 3-hit, 1-RBI game against Bellarmine on May 9.
- Consistently contributed to the team's offense with multiple games of 2 or more hits, such as against North Alabama on March 14 and Eastern Kentucky on May 3.
- Recorded several multi-RBI games, including a 4-RBI performance against North Alabama on March 15.
- In ASUN play, he has a .324 batting average and a 1.066 OPS thanks to 10 home runs to lead the ASUN
- Totaled 72 bases thanks to a .686 slugging percentage
Additionally,
Cole Pippenger was also named on the All-Freshman Team.
- Played in 30 games this season for the Bisons, making 12 starts
- .294 batting average with a .900 OPS, including three homers
- .324 batting average in 19 ASUN games with an .895 OPS
Also announced on Monday, six players were named Academic All-ASUN:

Kaleb Kantola,
Keaton Mahan,
Aaron Stelogeannis and
Jace Trautner.
The Academic All-ASUN recognizes student-athletes who excel both in competition and in the classroom. All student-athletes named to the list boast a 3.50 cumulative grade point average or better and participated in at least half of their team's games or a minimum of 10 innings for pitchers.
Lipscomb will now prepare for the Atlantic Sun Baseball Tournament starting up Thursday afternoon in DeLand, Florida at 1 p.m. CDT. The Bisons will await their opponent after earning a double bye.
