- Daughter of Scott and Betsy Jones
- Three siblings, Maggie, Sam and Lucy
- Mother, Maggie, played volleyball and won a state championship at Seton High School and played collegiately at Mount Saint Joseph University (NCAA Division III) from 1998-2001. Named a three-time AVCA All-American, including back-to-back First Team honors in 2000 and 2001. Inducted into MSJ and Seton High School Athletic Halls of Fame in 2015

- Sister, Maggie, played college volleyball at N.C. State (2021) and DePaul (2022-23).
- Chose Lipscomb because “of the feeling I got when I stepped on campus, met the staff and team. Immediately, it felt like a home away from home, and it is exactly what I was looking for. The city of Nashville was also a big plus, with so many activities to do”.
- Came to Lipscomb over Louisville, Western Kentucky, Ball State, Memphis, Florida International and Mississippi State, among others.
