HEAD COACH WILL BREWER
"I'm proud of our team's effort, energy, will and desire this week in Auburn! I've not experienced many courses which did not reward a good shot, but the course conditions and the greens were extremely firm and did not reward good shots. We make no excuses, however the course setup was very frustrating as approach shots would rarely stay on the putting surfaces due to the firmness of the greens. Auburn is currently ranked No. 2 nationally and they were (+16) and (+10) today. In a typical event, the winning team is well under par. We will continue to fight and grind to improve. We have seen an uptick and we are confident we will continue to improve! I am proud of the team's work ethic! We will take a few days off for spring break and then get ready for Stanford's event at the end of March!"
