NASHVILLE -- Lipscomb Men's Soccer's Levi Jones was named the ASUN Player of the Week the conference announced Tuesday. Jones earns the honor for the first time in his career. 

Jones earned the honor after leading Lipscomb to a 2-0 victory, its first of the season, against Mercer on Sunday night. Jones scored his first career brace, netting both of the Bisons' goals during the match. 

Jones added four points to his team-leading five points this season. 

Lipscomb will be back in action Friday, Sep. 5 at 6 p.m. CT at Wake Forest.
