NASHVILLE – The Lipscomb University Men's Tennis team picked up a 6-1 victory over Cumberland University on Wednesday afternoon from the Huston-Marsh-Griffith Tennis Center.

HOW IT HAPPENED
In doubles,
Alex Vlahos and
Oliver Thoeny routed Carlos Morillas and Mateus Mori, 6-3, at the top flight to secure the team point.
In singles play, the Bisons took five of the next six points to win the match. After Vlahos won by retirement to take a 2-0 team lead,
Oliver Thoeny (7-9) and
Filippo Verdese (15-13) helped clinch the match with straight-set wins.
Facundo Perlov (16-17) and
Henrique Ushizima (16-14) also collected singles wins.
